Qualifications

Pharmacist degree from ACPE-accredited school; license in good standing.
Minimum 5 years hospital pharmacy leadership experience.
BLS certification within 14 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the hospital pharmacy.
Provide pharmaceutical care and staff oversight.
Develop policies, procedures, and staff education.
Mentor clinical pharmacists and staff.
Assist Pharmacy Director when unavailable.
