Job summary

Cornerstone Specialty Hospitals Broken Arrow is seeking a Pharmacy Manager (Pharmacist in Charge) to supervise the pharmacy department at our LTAC hospital in Broken Arrow, OK. You will lead daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate clinical pharmacy activities with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, and performance management, along with ensuring safe and effective medication use and detailed documentation in patient records.

Qualifications

• BS or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
• Current Pharmacist licensure in the state where the hospital is located. BLS within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum of one year of pharmacist experience; hospital experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily departmental work activities and assigned staff.
• Serve as Pharmacist in Charge; dispense and provide clinical pharmacy services.
• Develop and implement systems to ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Manage staffing, hiring, orientation, and training of department staff.
• Provide drug information and support to clinicians and hospital personnel.
