Qualifications

Required - Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy
Preferred - Doctorate Pharmacy
Pharmacy (clinical, hospital, outpatient, or specialty) 3-5 years
Licenses: Pharmacist Tennessee Board of Pharmacy; Mississippi board preferred
Strong leadership and staff development abilities

Responsibilities

Manages day-to-day operations of the assigned pharmacy area
Plans, schedules, and coordinates staffing based on workload
Develops processes, ensures staff competence, and education
Provides leadership for educational programs with staff, interns, residents
Monitors fiscal operations, budgets, and cost control
Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and quality programs
Collaborates with medical staff and other departments to coordinate patient care
