Job summary

Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the pharmacy team and manage in-patient and outpatient dispensing, regulatory compliance, and staff development at MMC in Johnstown.

You will oversee scheduling, policy implementation, and cross-functional collaboration with clinical staff to optimize patient care and safety. Experience in hospital pharmacy management and PA licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD and PA licensure required.
• Hospital pharmacy management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop pharmacists' work schedule and direct workflow.
• Act as liaison to IT pharmacist for Epic application.
• Ensure SOX compliance; review daily charges and invoices.
• Review employee time records for payroll accuracy.
• Oversee inventory including controlled substances and regulatory compliance.
