Job summary

Olympia Fields Hospital in Olympia Fields, IL is seeking a Manager of Pharmacy to lead the Pharmacy Service department alongside the Director of Pharmacy. This role oversees policy development, safe med administration, storage, and compliance with state and federal laws.

You will act as PIC in the Director's absence, manage pharmacy staff, oversee budgeting and inventory, collaborate with physicians and departments to ensure quality of care, and ensure licensing criteria are met while

Qualifications

  • Current state registered pharmacist license.
  • Minimum 5 years hospital pharmacy experience with 2 years administrative responsibilities.
  • Master’s degree in pharmacy or related field preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $131,310.40 to $190,174.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
