Job summary

Qualifications

  • Pharmacy Doctor of Pharmacy degree required with clinical knowledge.
  • Five years hospital or clinical pharmacy experience, plus supervisory leadership.
  • BLs and ACLS certifications must be obtained within required timelines.
  • Bilingual English and Navajo preferred; valid driver’s license and background check.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and formulary processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees daily operations of the assigned pharmacy and maintains quality services.
  • Supervises Winslow, Leupp or Dilkon personnel; manages schedules and performance.
  • Ensures compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and state/federal laws.
  • Maintains licensure records and formulary adherence across the clinic.
  • Performs pharmacist duties as needed and supports cost-effective procurement.
