Job summary

Qualifications

Pharmacy Doctor of Pharmacy degree required with clinical knowledge.
Five years hospital or clinical pharmacy experience, plus supervisory leadership.
BLs and ACLS certifications must be obtained within required timelines.
Bilingual English and Navajo preferred; valid driver’s license and background check.
Knowledge of regulatory standards and formulary processes.

Responsibilities

Oversees daily operations of the assigned pharmacy and maintains quality services.
Supervises Winslow, Leupp or Dilkon personnel; manages schedules and performance.
Ensures compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and state/federal laws.
Maintains licensure records and formulary adherence across the clinic.
Performs pharmacist duties as needed and supports cost-effective procurement.
