Qualifications

• Must have a valid Pharmacy Intern Licensure as required by the state.
• BCLS certification required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Pharmacist to prepare and dispense medication.
• Monitor drug therapy for appropriateness under supervision.
• Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounds per USP standards.
