• Enrolled in an accredited pharmacy graduate program or completed 1 year of the program.
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Licensed Pharmacy Intern or eligible for Virginia registration upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares IV sterile preparations according to USP 797 guidelines and performs Pyxis fill functions.
• Supports accreditation and HIPAA compliance efforts and participates in inventory management.
• Assists pharmacists with dispensing, labeling, and floor requisitions while maintaining competency in technician tasks.
• Provides courteous customer service and addresses patient and co-worker needs with respect and empathy.
• Follows RHS policies on work assignments and interpersonal relations.
• Monitors departmental productivity and supports shift changes and time off.
