Qualifications

• BS Pharmacy degree from ACPE-accredited school
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred (implied)

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in using medications safely and effectively
• Fill orders for parenteral and enteral medications
• Monitor drug therapies and provide drug information
• Supervise support personnel and possibly assume supervisor duties when needed
