Cardinal Health Innovative Delivery Solutions seeks a pharmacist to join its remote pharmacy team, servicing acute-care hospital patients and focusing on therapeutic monitoring and dosing while leaving dispensing to the hospital.

This PRN/on-call role includes evening, weekend and holiday coverage, with opportunities to advance clinical skills and collaborate with hospital staff across facilities. A license and inpatient experience are required, with multi-state licensure within 12 months.

Formación

• Active pharmacy license(s) in state of residence as well as state of original licensure.
• Must be willing to obtain all core licenses required for this role: CT, DE, MA, ME, NH, NY, OH, PA, RI and VT within first 12 months of hire date.
• 2-4 years of clinical hospital inpatient experience preferred.
• Ability to gain reciprocity to additional states required for practice.
• Computer savvy to learn and perform successful operation of multiple pharmacy information systems.
• Excellent communication skills to enable the successful interactions with other healthcare professionals to facilitate the delivery of competent clinical care.
• Inpatient Hospital Experience (at least 3 years strongly preferred)
• Evening, weekend and holiday coverage
• Experience/ability to interpret and process handwritten orders as well as CPOE orders

Cardinal Health Remote Pharmacy Services Pharmacist

Through our remote service, we serve acute-care hospitals, providing you an opportunity to practice hospital pharmacy outside of a hospital setting. Cardinal Health Remote Pharmacy Services is currently searching for a highly energetic and clinically oriented pharmacist to join our remote pharmacy team. Pharmacists will utilize their clinical skills to remotely service our clients’ patients, and provide a top notch continuity of care.

This is a PRN/on call position with typical shifts in the evening/overnight, on weekends and holidays.
