Responsabilités

• Review and interpret inpatient orders to prevent duplications, overdoses, and adverse interactions.
• Fill medication orders for inpatients/outpatients and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare IV admixtures, TPN solutions, chemotherapy, and sterile products with proper aseptic technique.
• Maintain controlled-substance inventories and complete required documentation.
• Provide drug information to clinicians and patients; report medication errors.
