Job summary

Lower Bucks Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare Services, seeks a Per Diem Pharmacist to join a diverse hospital team in Bristol, PA. The position requires licensure and a PharmD/BS with hospital experience preferred; BLS/ACLS and APhA immunization certification are valued.

Qualifications

• Current state Registered Pharmacist License.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy operations preferred.
• B.S. degree in Pharmacy required; Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certification preferred.
• APhA Immunization Certification and BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of the hospital pharmacy department to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care.
• Ensure patient safety and coverage across Medical, Surgical, ICU, Obstetrics, Pediatrics and Emergency services.
• Support various service lines including perioperative, oncology and outpatient pharmacy.
