Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' experience as a pharmacist in Hospital Pharmacy with outpatient experience preferred.
• Maintains professional competence through participation in continuing education programs and review of periodical literature.
• Maintains and provides proof of 15 Continuing Education credits each year.
