Job summary

Insight Institute of Neuroscience & Neurosurgery (IINN) in Michigan seeks a licensed Pharmacist to support patient care across Flint and Warren locations. You will dispense, reconcile medications, review orders, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure safe therapies in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in Michigan (unrestricted).
• Immunization certification or equivalent.
• BLS licensure or ability to obtain within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Dispense pharmaceuticals and manage patient profiles.
• Review orders, check drug interactions and dosing.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians in sterile compounding.
• Provide pharmacokinetics, pain management and antimicrobial consults.
• Conduct medication reconciliation on admission, changes, and discharge.
• Provide immunizations to employees and patients as required.
