Gateway Rehab, located in Florence, KY, is a Vibra Healthcare facility seeking a Pharmacist to join the team. The role includes filling and dispensing medications and providing pharmaceutical care to patients across age groups.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses and staff to ensure safe, effective therapies and participate in Antibiotic Stewardship; licensure in Kentucky is required. This position is full-time and on-site.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy is required.
• Current, valid pharmacist license in the state of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Fill and dispense medication orders with proper handling and storage.
• Translate department policies into daily operations.
• Serve as information resource on medication therapy for staff and patients.
• Collaborate with medical staff to deliver safe and cost-effective drug therapies.
• Participate in Antibiotic Stewardship Program focusing on patient safety.
