Job summary

Memorial Medical Center Las Cruces is seeking a Pharmacist to join our Lifepoint Health team in Las Cruces, NM. This full-time day shift position features rotating weekends and a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on delivering high-quality care.

You will manage drug therapy protocols as part of an interdisciplinary team, review and interpret medication orders, provide drug information to staff and patients, and document interventions for quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy and NM pharmacist license on hire.
• 1–2 years licensed pharmacist experience preferred.
• Ability to review and interpret medication orders with accuracy.
• Knowledge of pharmacy automated systems and computer software.

Responsibilities

• Manage drug therapy protocols as part of the interdisciplinary team.
• Review and resolve drug-related problems in medication orders.
• Provide drug information and education to staff, patients and students.
