Virginia licensure is required; familiarity with Meditech, Vigilanz, Dose Edge IV, and Pyxis is highly valued. You will verify IV medications, participate in IV compounding as needed, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, effective

Qualifikationen

• Hospital experience required, 2+ years.
• Handle complex patients including trauma, burns, critical care, pediatrics, cardiac surgery, ECMO.
• Must hold Virginia State Pharmacist license.
• Experience with Dose Edge IV, Pyxis, Meditech, Vigilanz.
