The role requires a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and NC licensure, with Board Certification preferred.

Formación

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree is required.
• Licensed Pharmacist by NC Board of Pharmacy or eligible to become licensed.
• Board Certification preferred.
• No work experience required.
• Strong knowledge of medications and safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews physician medication orders for dosages, interactions, and incompatibilities.
• Enters orders into computer and dispenses medications.
• Supervises technicians and trains new staff.
• Maintains a safe working environment and collaborates with hospital staff.
• Participates in organizational improvement activities and completes required documentation.
