Job summary

MyMichigan Health is seeking a Pharmacist to screen physician orders and ensure correct medications and doses across age groups. The role includes supervising IV admixtures, managing pharmacy workflow, and participating in multidisciplinary rounds to support patient care.

Responsibilities include providing drug information, maintaining formulary, and training new pharmacists and interns. Requires a PharmD or BS with Michigan licensure and 1–3 years hospital pharmacy experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in a hospital or medical center pharmacy setting preferred.
• Strong pharmacology knowledge and ability to review prescriptions for correctness.

Responsibilities

• Receives and reviews prescriptions for correctness and appropriateness.
• Supervises preparation of intravenous admixtures and parenteral products.
• Leads pharmacy workflow on shift and communicates between shifts.
