Job summary

Qualifications

• PharmD degree required.
• One year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Current Pharmacist license to practice in the state of Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, fills, and compounds drug and IV orders.
• Maintains narcotic inventory and records.
• Supervises and trains intern-pharmacists.
• Charges patients' medicines.
• Fills bulk IVs and IV piggyback solutions and chemotherapy.
• Responds to questions and dispenses drug information.
