Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring Patient Transporters to support Piedmont Medical Network in Rock Hill, SC. Roles include full- or part-time schedules with shifts 7:00 am–3:00 pm or 11:00 am–7:30 pm; online applications accepted only.

No experience is required and training is provided to help you start. You will transport patients and equipment safely, assist with moving patients and devices, and work closely with nursing staff for timely, comfortable care.

Qualifications

• No experience required; willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports patients and secures IVs and tubing as needed.
• Uses wheelchairs or rolling stock to move patients.
• Demonstrates competency transporting patients of all ages.
• Delivers patients to destinations with proper equipment.
• Communicates with nursing staff and clinicians effectively.
• Ensures patient comfort and privacy during transport.
• Alerts staff to distress or equipment issues promptly.
• Maintains and reports equipment needing repairs.
• Follows regulatory standards and HIPAA policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
