Boston Medical Center is seeking a Patient Transporter for Per Diem - First Shift, as needed. The role involves prompt, courteous patient transport within the hospital and support for coworkers and visitors, contributing to overall service excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, BLS/CPR certification, the ability to lift safely, and reading/writing fluency in English. Hospital experience is preferred and employment offers include non-benefit eligibility.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: Previous hospital experience preferred.
• Certification/Licensure: BLS/CPR certification required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift without any limitations.

Responsabilités

• Transport patients within the hospital and assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed.
• Provide prompt, courteous, customer-focused service to patients, visitors and coworkers.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support service excellence.
