Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required or must be attained within two weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients to and from hospital departments by bed, stretcher, or wheelchair.
• Assist with patient transfers and positioning during procedures.
• Help maintain environment and equipment cleanliness per protocol.
• Operate transport equipment according to hospital and manufacturer instructions.
• Coordinate with dispatch to meet patient care needs and prioritize scarce resources.
