Mass General Brigham is seeking a patient transport teammate to safely move patients, equipment, and supplies within a hospital setting. You will coordinate transport requests, prioritize patient comfort, and uphold safety standards across departments.

Experience in healthcare or customer service is preferred; strong communication and multitasking skills are essential to meet the fast-paced demands of hospital operations. This role is onsite with day shifts and regular hours.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.
• 1–2 years experience in transportation or healthcare customer service preferred.
• BLS Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Safely transport patients within the healthcare facility (rooms to departments).
• Assist patients with boarding and disembarking from transportation vehicles.
• Transport medical equipment, supplies, and specimens between departments.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols during transport.
• Coordinate transportation requests and schedules to ensure prompt service.
