Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand their menu selections and coordinate with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Provide menu alternatives for allergies, dietary restrictions, and cultural or religious preferences.
• Assemble meals according to patient selections and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Follow HIPAA policies and confidentiality rules.
• Adhere to HACCP guidelines during food handling and sanitation.
• Collaborate with dietitians and care team to monitor patients on special diets.
• Complete required reports per Morrison Healthcare policies.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations and assist with other duties.
