Responsibilities

• Provide patient meal service on assigned units.
• Communicate patient food issues to Food & Nutrition Services and nursing staff.
• Assist dietitian with monitoring patients on various diets and record intake.
• Ensure timely service and accuracy of modified diets and patient satisfaction.
