Job summary

Reimagined Parking in Philadelphia is looking for an Ambassador to provide excellent customer service in hospital parking operations. You will be responsible for assisting visitors with parking, monitoring compliance with facility rules, and handling customer inquiries.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends. Full-time and part-time benefits are offered, including health plans and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming and professional experience to all customers.
• Greet patrons with parking directions and payment options.
• Monitor parking areas for compliance with rules.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns and complaints.
• Assist with traffic flow during peak hours.

Skills

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Previous customer service, hospitality, or parking experience

Basic computer or mobile device proficiency

Ability to communicate clearly and courteously with diverse audiences

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
