Qualifications

• Paramedic Certification or associate degree required.
• Arkansas Paramedic Licensure required.
• BLS within first week; ACLS and PALS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls and assess patients’ needs.
• Provide lifesaving care within scope of practice.
• Administer emergency care, stabilization, monitoring, and resuscitation as appropriate.
• Administer medications and perform procedures within scope.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow directives.
• Support unit readiness: keep rooms clean, stocked, and orderly.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
