Job summary

Northeast Baptist Hospital is seeking a dedicated Painter to repair, repaint and redecorate walls, ceilings, and fixtures across the facility. You will complete competencies during the introductory period and perform other related duties as assigned.

The role requires 2 years of painting or finishing experience and may involve sheetrock repair, flooring, and ceiling work. This is a full-time daytime position offering comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; trade schooling preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in painting or finishing work.
• Experience with sheetrock, tile, flooring, and related finishes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair and repaint walls, ceilings, woodwork, and fixtures throughout the facility.
• Perform sheetrock installation/finishing, tile, seamless flooring, and related tasks.
• Maintain logs and work orders; communicate needs to supervisor.
• Assist other maintenance staff as needed and ensure a safe environment.
