United Health Services (UHS) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide inpatient and outpatient evaluations and treatments at its Southern Tier facilities. You will maintain clinical documentation and meet established service standards with a focus on timely, accurate care.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent.
• NYS license or eligibility to be licensed as an occupational therapist.
• CPR certification within first 3 months of employment.
• NBCOT certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Administer and complete occupational therapy services in a timely, accurate, and reliable manner.
• Perform patient evaluations and treatments for inpatient and/or outpatient services.
• Produce and maintain associated clinical documentation.
• Adhere to service delivery standards and quality processes across care settings.

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy (preferred)
