The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments and drive strategic initiatives set by the CEO and COO through hands-on leadership and project management. As part of this program, you will participate in corporate Leadership Development classes to prepare for a future COO role within UHS,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required (MBA, MHA or related program).
• Hospital management experience at a mid level (3-7 yrs).
• Strong Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operations for various hospital departments.
• Implement CEO and COO strategy and manage assigned departments to maximize quality and profits.
• Lead and participate in Leadership Development to prepare for COO responsibilities.
