All Copy Products in Fort Collins is seeking an on-site associate to service a hospital account. You will deliver toner and replenish consumables for all office equipment, perform meter reads, and coordinate service calls with our field technicians.

You must maintain accurate inventory counts and support calibration of devices as needed. The role includes assisting with minor device repairs and basic installations, with a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service Skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
• Clean driving history with no DUI or reckless driving in past 5 years.
• Willing to undergo a criminal background check.
• Professional appearance; tattoos must be covered if excessive.
• Parking available to take a company vehicle home daily.
• COVID vaccination and periodic inoculations including annual flu shot.

Responsabilités

• Deliver toner and replenish consumables for all hospital office equipment.
• Conduct meter reads for equipment and coordinate service calls with field technicians.
• Handle calls for device cleanings and assist with minor device repairs.
• Perform basic installs for new machines as needed.
