Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• NBCOT certification preferred.
• Current Indiana license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services for treatment of physical and psychological dysfunctions.
• Direct patient care using sensorimotor, functional, educational, recreational, and social activities.
• Willingly supervise occupational therapy assistants, support personnel, and students.
• Participate in related activities supporting patient care, education, and department operations.
