Qualifications

• Preferred Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred Experience: 90 days experience in hospital food service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates proficiency in all nutrition assistant positions.
• Takes responsibility of routine operations.
• Directs the efforts of others.
• Makes staffing adjustments to cover open positions.
• Assists Systems Analyst/Diet Office Coordinator with scheduling, task assignments and special projects.
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives.
