Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
At least 90 days of hospital food service experience preferred.
Strong scheduling and staffing coordination abilities.
Experience contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates proficiency in nutrition assistant positions.
Takes responsibility for routine operations and tasks as scheduled.
Directs the efforts of others and makes staffing adjustments.
Assists Diet Office Coordinator with scheduling, task assignments, and special projects.
Participates in quality improvement initiatives.
