The ideal candidate will have strong English communication and basic math skills, with the ability to follow health and safety standards and HACCP guidelines. Training is provided; multiple shifts may be available.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, using English.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion food for designated area.
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines.
• Present food on appropriate dishware and timeframe.
• Deliver and retrieve patient trays and nourishments per standards.
• Document production and service information.
• Wash and sanitize dishes and maintain clean work areas.
• Maintain proper temperature logs for cleaning and storage.
