Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeks a Nutritional Services Retail Supervisor to oversee daily operations of cafeteria and retail outlets, ensuring high-quality, safe food service for staff, visitors, and patients.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory and cash, uphold sanitation standards, and ensure excellent customer service while coordinating coverage during shortages and weekends.

Formación

• 3-5 years supervisory experience in food service operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree required.
• Completion of Sanitation Certification or ServSafe within 6 months.
• Excellent computer and customer service skills, effective communication.
• Customer-service call center experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises hourly associates, including scheduling, training, coaching, and assigning daily tasks.
• Oversees cafeteria/retail area cleanliness, food display, and service standards.
• Manages inventory levels, ensures proper stock, and handles cash register reporting.
• Maintains HACCP compliance, temperature checks, and proper food handling.
• Delivers excellent customer service for guests, doctors, and staff.
• Acts as primary contact in absence of Food Service Management and covers essential positions during shortages.
