Responsibilities

• Follow healthcare foodservice standards and monitor food temperatures during cooking, holding, and storage.
• Prepare and serve food per menu and dietary guidelines using kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Follow organizational standards to ensure high-quality patient and customer experience; ensure proper meal portioning and attractive presentation.
• May perform cashiering, retail service, tray assembly/delivery, cold prep, utilities, catering, inventory, and general cleaning.
