Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington required.
• At least three years inpatient operations experience.
• Ability to prioritize hospital demands to meet patient needs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; active listening and conflict mediation ability.
• ACLS and BLS upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital-wide bed management and patient placement.
• Allocate staffing resources across units.
• Provide clinical consultation and guidance to nursing staff.
• Respond proactively to emergencies and coordinate critical transfers.
• Serve as administrative representative for the hospital and manage unforeseen operational challenges.
• Facilitate interdepartmental communication and cohesive care delivery.
