Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner for a hospital-based role with some outpatient duties in New Jersey. The NP will manage patient health, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements include a NJ NP license, DEA, and CDS in good standing, plus a minimum of two years hospital-based NP experience (gastroenterology preferred) and BLS/ACLS certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hospital-based NP experience; gastroenterology preferred.
• NJ license, DEA, and CDS in good standing.
• BLS and ACLS certification.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient health and outcomes, develop and implement care plans.
