Sharp HealthCare is seeking a Security Officer at Sharp Grossmont Hospital in La Mesa, CA for night shifts. Under supervision you will protect patients, staff, and visitors while maintaining safety and order across the campus.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid California Security Guard Card, and a California driver’s license. You’ll perform patrols, respond to alarms, complete incident reports, and assist in emergency situations with professionalism.

• California Security Guard Card - CA Bureau of Security & Investigative Services - REQUIRED.
• Driver's License - CA Department of Motor Vehicles - REQUIRED.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to routine calls in a timely manner and provide escort services to customers and staff.
• Take and complete incident reports using proper format and submit at end of shift.
• Patrol hospital interior and grounds, observe for hazards and security violations.
• Enforce parking regulations and assist with safety and emergency procedures as needed.
