Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician
- Hospitalist/Nocturnist experience preferred

Practice in the Heart of the Community
Scheduling:
- Your schedule will be 7 days on and 7 days off.
- The hours are 7 am to 7 pm (day rounding shift) and 9am to 9pm (swing admitting shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- The hospital has a closed ICU with intensivist coverage 24/7. No procedures required.
- Day Hospitalist responsibilities include rounding and discharging – 16 to 18 pts/shift. When on the swing shift, you will handle admissions.
- Our hospitalist team is part of the rapid response team with intensivist support. No code responsibility – there is a code blue team.
- Excellent subspecialty support
- Our team meets frequently to relay key information from administration, discuss group operations, and for general feedback.
- We are entertaining candidates looking for full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts.
- We use EPIC EMR and have access to our own internal informatics platform.

- Compensation: Expected annual compensation for a full-time Hospitalist is between $275k- $295k, which is comprised of a base salary plus incentives
