Qualifications

• Must have completed a Physician Assistant training program accredited by ARC-PA.
• Evidence of completion of Controlled Substances Education Course per CA regs.
• CA Physician Assistant licensure required.
• NPI number required prior to employment.
• DEA registration with schedules 2,2N,3,3N,4,5.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in ambulatory or inpatient settings.
• Coordinate care across multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate, monitor, and communicate with patients and referring physicians.
• Credentialing and privileging processes must be completed prior to start date.
• Maintain patient privacy and PHI security in all duties.
