CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Centers in Longview, TX seeks clinicians for its Medical ICU and Trauma services. The units are Level III for Trauma, with an established residency program and subspecialty support across Cardiology, General Surgery, Nephrology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Urology, GI and ID.

EPIC is used for documentation, with a no-resident moonlighting policy. The staffing model includes day and night coverage by MDs and NP/PAs to support patient care while maintaining

• Day- 8 MD (non-GME), 3 MD (GME) / 2 NPPA
