WVU Medicine - United Hospital Center in Bridgeport, WV is seeking a dedicated nocturnist to join a diverse hospitalist group within a large community hospital setting with access to medical specialties and strong administrative support.

The Nocturnist will provide inpatient care, collaborate with specialty consultants, and contribute to a stable, patient-centered care model in a 300-bed facility with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and eligible for state license.
• Completed an accredited Internal Medicine residency.
• Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine.
• All qualifications must be met at the time of appointment.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient clinical care to adults with internal medicine conditions.
• Establish preventive health practices for patients and coordinate care with consults from specialists.

WVU Medicine - United Hospital Center is actively recruiting a dedicated nocturnist. The candidate will be expected to practice in Bridgeport, West Virginia.

Duties

Successful candidates will provide comprehensive inpatient clinical care to patients with disease and injuries to the human internal organ system and establish preventive health practices for patients.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible to obtain a state medical license.
• Applicants must have completed an accredited residency in Internal Medicine.
• Applicants must be board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine.
• All qualifications must be met at the time of appointment.
