Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close Dietary Department as scheduled.
• Prepare and portion food according to recipes and dietary restrictions.
• Serve meals to staff, patients, and visitors; assist with menu selections.
• Maintain sanitary work areas and follow FDA Food Code and NH rules.
• Stock and rotate inventory; assist with inventory tracking.
• Clean dishes, equipment, and kitchen areas; report issues to Lead Cook.
