Texas Health Resources is seeking a Materials Management Supervisor to lead the Materials Management team at the Texas Health Southwest facility in Fort Worth. You will oversee staffing, budgeting, inventory control, and process improvements to ensure safe, efficient operations.

The role requires a HS diploma, 3 years of hospital materials management experience, and preferred supervisory experience. Strong communication and leadership skills, plus basic Word/Excel, are essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 3 years Hospital materials management is required.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and delegate activities for safe, efficient Materials Management operation.
• Manage department budget and control expenses; explain variances month to month.
• Collaborate with departments to maintain appropriate par levels and processes.
• Support and develop staff through training and performance management.
• Advance standardization of products and processes across the system.
