Henry Community Health in New Castle, IN, is seeking a Materials Service/Inventory Associate to receive, store, and distribute supplies and equipment across the hospital. You will manage cart distributions, replenish stock, and maintain accurate records using the inventory system.

The role requires reading comprehension, basic math, and a valid Indiana driver’s license. No prior experience is required, and training will occur within 6–9 months on the job.

Formación

• Ability to read and record all types of documentation and follow instructions.
• Requires current Indiana driver’s license and a good driving record.
• No minimum experience required.
• Knowledge of distribution, lifting techniques, and storeroom procedures is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and distribute supplies and equipment to hospital areas.
• Inventory, replenish, and document issues to carts using the inventory system.
• Provide daily updates on stock levels and issues to interdepartmental staff.
• Pull and deliver orders for non-cart items and complete required paperwork.
• Count and record on-hand quantities and assist with inventories including annual counts.
• Handle paperwork for returns and coordinate with delivery personnel as needed.
• Keep storeroom clean and organized and manage box/disposal duties.
• Input transactions using the computer system for accurate records.
