Qualifications

• Associates degree in Business or related fields a plus.
• May substitute 3 years of inventory management experience.
• Valid Texas Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enters patient charges and inventory transactions via PMM, Intellishelf and Meditech systems.
• Delivers and picks up supplies, lab specimens, equipment, mail, data reports and other items, adhering to a preplanned schedule, including STAT orders.
• Demonstrates a working knowledge and understanding of inventory principles and acts in coordination with hospital units.
• Demonstrates communication skills including follow-through that keeps stakeholders up to date and promotes teamwork.
• Maintains a neat and safe work environment and leaves the work area orderly at shift end.
• Prioritizes work and adapts schedule to meet customer demands with minimal notification.
