Job summary

Adventist HealthCare’s White Oak Medical Center seeks a Stock Clerk in our Materials Management Department to ensure timely, accurate stocking and distribution of supplies.

Responsibilities include identifying, picking, and delivering inventoried stock, restocking shelves, assisting customers in-store and over the phone, and keeping the storeroom clean and organized. The role is full-time with day shifts and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 2 years relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pick, and distribute inventoried stock items to maintain par levels for assigned departments.
• Restock floor shelving, fill orders and respond to requests for supplies.
• Know where all items are kept in the Storeroom and help customers find requested items.
• Interact with external and internal customers for supply needs on phone, throughout hospital and in the storeroom.
• Help keep storeroom clean and organized.
• Ensure supplies are delivered in timely and accurate manner.
• Perform duties as assigned.
• Distribute non stock deliveries as needed.
